Issue Description:
Fire Frenzy only increase damage but not power on Autoguns

Steps to Reproduce:
Mk IV Braced Autogun can shoot through Poxwalker when Deathspitter is activated,
but cannot shoot through with Fire Frenzy even at 5 stacks

Platform:
Steam

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)
