Ogryn Bully Clubs have the finesse stat which is supposed to increase weak spot damage however it only increases attack speed for this weapon type.
It’s also already been reported that weak spot detection is broken for the clubs and maybe some other Ogryn weapons.
Quite strange design especially for the Mk. 1 club which seems intended for hitting headshots with its first heavy attack.
