every single tme i start the game it verifies the files, it takes an hour,
come on, find another way, is too tedious

Can you not simply decline verifying the game files? If they’ve already been verified once then there’s no need to do it again for a month or two.

What CobaltNinja said! If you click “No” when it asks you to proceed with the validation you can skip it.
I think at some point they switched this prompt on to alleviate the performance issues caused by many patches. If you experience significant stuttering in-game then you should re-validate. Some patches have been playable for me without doing it.
