recently Vermintide 2 has untrusted file iavlsp64.dll and cannot get into the game, even though I have been playing the game fine all the time before
is this is a file that is supposed to be untrusted? to be deleted? or can this be trusted again

Seems your iavlsp64 DLL is corrupted, consequently being detected by Easy Anti-Cheat and considered ‘suspicious’. Try running the Windows System File Checker by:

  1. Launch the 'Command Prompt' as an administrator
  2. If prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or select 'Allow'
  3. Enter 'sfc /scannow' (excluding quotation marks)
