Do you think it’s possible to have a little feedback regarding your projects, your priorities for 2025? Just to give a little boost to your heart?
Many thx.

IIRC they’ve tried to have a roadmap before but they have been so inconsistent and slow with their work that they just gave up with it. Best we can get is progress updates every so often and a major update as a surprise.
Ok but don’t have some news since a few weeks no ?
I doubt it will happen. We had a period of good yapping from @FatsharkStrawHat and now we’re back to radio silence, started happening even before winter break.
Yes you right to be honest I was trying POE2 but still need a strong dose of Cracktide so I have try to found some informations but nothing…
Fatshark doesn’t do roadmaps anymore, they’ve learned the hard way that they shouldn’t promise things they may not be able to deliver on.
They made one for Vermintide and they did not deliver on it, Bogenhafen came out in August, dedicated servers only became available for Versus (6 & a half years after release) and for Darktide, their next game.
So maybe not a roadmap but a “to do list” how they see the future of the game what they want or what are they working on actually…
Yea that would be great to have, we’d all love to know what Fatshark’s up to and what they’re planning. They’ve sadly become far less communicative after the disaster that was Winds of Magic launch.
We all want this… this is just that we don’t believe it will happen.
So thx for reply will wait … and will log need to recover skill dont have play since 2 months I think will be pretty clumsy
I wrote her a message, we’ll see.
To have an established dev studio do what basically amounts to sulking after getting roasted for failing to deliver on their own promises is kind of… pathetic. Might sound harsh but I don’t know what else to conclude from it. They have nothing to lose from increased transparency and at least a considerable amount of community goodwill and studio reputation to lose by being mute. Transparency doesn’t have to come with promises but even that they seem completely unwilling to do. This is the biggest sore point on the community/customer facing side of FS and their refusal to even acknowledge it, let alone do something about it, is just egregious at this point.
It is honestly extremely sad.
Projects can overrun, but refusing to communicate at all because you got roasted for failing to deliver isn’t the solution. The solution is to be better managers.
Then again, Fatshark management seems to find that impossible, so…
Closest we’ll get to that is the rough draft in the winter announcement thread (and that is already far more info than I ever expected)
Yeah you are right but for me this is like a new world like I said I have try PoE2 this is exactly the same problem everybody ask for feedback and more. To be honest I’m not from this generation and I try to avoid at all cost all the “social” online thing. And before All these things we was just waiting for patch and new things when they are ready. Now everything every game and dev team have to justify tell what they do and why and how much time they need… this is not so realistic. All the forums from all games or your daily paper are the same. Was just asking for some news. But everything going crazy nowadays.
In the past, they’ve tried to put out roadmaps/plans, couldn’t adhere to them and didn’t provide explanations, players got mad about that, and so the DT team decided that not telling anyone anything until they have something basically done is the better route since they don’t have to be accountable to anything.
The only stuff we’ve gotten a longer-term look at that wasn’t an imminent release was Unlocked and Loaded, and that’s basically because the daily play rates declined hard and review scores tanked quickly after the bump from the class-rework, and Fatshark had very little to show otherwise for two or three quarters of development work aside from a single mission and green bombers while every social platform was ablaze with “what fatshark doing?”
I wouldn’t expect much of a roadmap or to do list, much as it would be nice to see.
I see then finally we can say that having a base certainly small of players but passionate and ready to endure anything is bad? it is true that if we are ready to play at all costs and in all cases … why change?
was just about to ask this!
ty!
all the s**t started with online games without subscription nobody wanted to spend 10 bucks a month we moved to the free to play model. Free my ass yes since that time there is nothing that works anymore. insolent prices for stupid content with miserable quality. I think that every employee, every boss knows the feeling of having enough at the end of the month to pay their bills and inject into improvements and other things.
I will be one of the first to complain about FS communication, but it is also unfair to say we are back to the same level of radio silence we had before.
That said, if January passes by without a word, then I will readily agree with you there.
