I posted your pic in chatgpt and got the answer below, in short, it might be your storage device that is failing since you’ve had the issue multiple times.
Good luck!
From the image, the important part is this:
Error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error (0x8007045d)
Failed to open: G:\bundle\...
What this usually means
This almost always means your Xbox can’t properly read data from the drive where that game is installed. The most common causes are:
-
Failing or corrupted storage
-
Corrupted game installation
- Game files were damaged during download or update
-
Bad USB cable or power issue (external drives)
-
System file corruption (less common)
What to Try (in this exact order)
1. Fully Restart the Xbox
Not sleep mode:
2. Check Where the Game Is Installed
Go to:
Settings → Storage Devices
If it launches after reconnecting → your drive or cable is failing.
3. Verify / Reinstall the Game
Because the error specifically mentions a broken bundle file:
If reinstalling fails or freezes, that strongly confirms a failing hard drive.
4. If You Use an External Hard Drive
Check:
If your PC also struggles to read it → the drive is dying.
5. If the Game Is on Internal Storage (Worst Case)
If this is happening with multiple games and all are on internal storage, it may mean:
Quick Summary
| Symptom |
Likely Cause |
| One game only |
Corrupt install |
| Many games on same drive |
Failing drive |
| External drive involved |
Bad drive or cable |
| Reinstall fails |
Defective storage |
