Thanks for the information! I think, what they’re asking in Bilibili is for players to contact us via our official support channels which include here, or https://fatshark.se/support, but I am using a translation service so I may be wrong.
It’s my understanding the Bilibili account is only used for promotional content or announcements, so it’s always best to contact us here if you need to speak to somebody.
