Hey Shark, this is a player from China, I preordered the game by purchasing activation code from 3-rd party E-commerce platform, but I didnt receive the bonus.
My friend told me you guys were working to solve this issue and I was told to message ur official account on Bilibili.com about the situation.
I tried multiple times, but there was no reponse. One reason I guess might be the Christmas vacation(the crew reponsibile for the account operation was AFK temporarily) .
But it was been a month since the first time I tried contancting to that account, not sure whether its still acitve or not.
So here I am, asking for little help about this issue.
I got my order record on Taobao(the 3-rd party platform where i boutght the game) as well as the Steam storage record, which verifies the time of buying.
(These records contain some of my private info so I dont wanna show it on pubic)
I would be appreciated if u could remind the staff responsible for Bilibili account(This is the only Chinese social media account I know）to take care of this.

Thanks for the information! I think, what they’re asking in Bilibili is for players to contact us via our official support channels which include here, or https://fatshark.se/support, but I am using a translation service so I may be wrong.

It’s my understanding the Bilibili account is only used for promotional content or announcements, so it’s always best to contact us here if you need to speak to somebody. :slight_smile:

I got another question though, am I able to gift this bonus to my friend?
He just got into the game and far from accomplish any penance to claim a bad-ass portrait such as the million kills one.
On the other hand, me with 1300hrs gaming time have all those good-looking penance frames, was thinking about giving him this as a motivation to play the game, so he won’t feel unbalanced, xd
