Can someone explain how the game determines what level of item is generated in the store beyond character level 30?
Does what I have equipped matter or just what I’ve previously seen? Do I have to have purchased an item with a higher power level to continue to see those numbers rise or do I just… exist?
Any clarity would be helpful, thanks.
