Issue Description:
Counter-Fire’s description is not accurate. States “Executioner’s Stance now outlines all ranged Enemies” but Scab Stalkers despite them being ranged non-specialized infantry enemies (or at least enemies that have a high affinity to ranged combat over Melee) are not highlighted
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter Executioner’s stance & neither are highlighted. I know that the previous description prior to 1.20, counter-fire read “All Shooters” to exclude scab stalkers. Unsure if that is still the case, meaning the description is misleading, or if it is supposed to include Scab Stalkers.
