Event rewards all say redeemed but do not appear in my cosmetics list

Cosmetics not appearing even thought event menu says redeemed, I have the event for Heretical artefacts, Dark Rites, Nurgle’s Might, Deadside Patrol, The Rumbling giants, Catel;s Favours, and The day of aTonenment.

The only cosmetic reward that is appearing in my list is the farme from Heretical Artefacts. I suspect it is because I unlocked those Recantly but I dont remember when I unlocekd the other ones

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play a few months ago, stop. Play again with the Skritarri update, and as you figure out how the game systems work again look at your events see an insigna that looks cool, and then not be able to find it in you unlocked insiginia

I appreciate that it isn’t the clearest, but this menu actually just details what the previous event rewards were, and ‘Redeemed’ refers to the rarity level of the item - not that the item was earned/claimed.

Any past event rewards that were earned will have been automatically added to your inventory.
