Dark Rites Event Reward is Missing

I have just realised that I did not receive the reward for completing the event.
Could you please look into this and check what went wrong?
When I completed the event, I wasn’t using any mods.

Our developer checked your account, but no participation for the Dark Rites event was found. With your account having been created on Fri 03 Jul 2026 14:12:29 UTC after the event had ended.

I suspect that the past events menu may be confusing, as it shows the event rewards item rarity which is ‘Redeemed’ - but does not actually refer to the reward having been earned/redeemed from the event.

I played an event where there was no loot on the map, but the mobs were dropping items.

Maybe I’m stupid, but I thought it was this one. Now that I’ve looked at the tab, I don’t see anything about random loot in the description.

However, I am still able to access the Data Decoder, which might have confused me.

Anyway, thank you for your time and for clarifying this.
