Even helldivers 2 has a scoreboard

Helldivers 2, Deep Rock Galactic, and Vermintide 2. All of these games had scoreboards at the end of the mission. Isn’t this a sign that Darktide is completely out of touch when it comes to what players want?

40k friendly damage top complete the mission? Truly HD2 is a WH setting.

my dude, how do you even GET under 50% accuracy. stop aiming at your teamamtes and shoot the bugs.

Would shooting a teammate lower your accuracy ?

If you meant to shoot them :point_right: :point_left:

5 strats used and 40k team damage? That’s gotta be a mortar.

Apparently it’s accidentals caused (fatal friendly fire incidents) and friendly fire damage taken, but it’s also inconsistent between players because somethimes the game has trouble attributing deaths properly.

Helldivers 2 having a scoreboard, is a good thing.

Although it seems that some stats do not correctly track, and the scoreboard should probably include „heavy unit kills“ and „samples found“ (as in the ones you picked up from their original spawn point) as separate categories.

I have not seen a single case of score board based toxicity in helldivers or drg so far (just like there is basically none in Darktide).

But remember, guys.
„Scoreboards only promote toxicity and none of the stats that they could possibly show, are of any use what so ever.“

Power DI is really good.

If Mute Fat Fish aren’t up for it, let’s take matters into our own hands. Thankfully, mods offer us that freedom.

Modders shouldnt have to implement QoL features that should be in the base game

The mortar is specifically designed to kill your own squad

neither of those games are darktide, which requires a high level of cooperation (or a mentally ill level of build micromanagement) to play well. you can mess around a lot in DRG and still contribute, you mess around a lot in darktide and everyone has to backtrack to pick you up and gets angry or you run ahead leaving others to deal with a horde without the advantage of coordination and everyone gets angry.

scoreboards are absolutely toxic in this game, they give players somewhere else but their actual gameplay to look to for problems which makes most people point to the other players and “look! this stat is bad!” hence why whever you see the scoreboard mod mentioned anywhere it’s either “we need scoreboard” or “my teammates all suck, my damage is too good to be at fault!”

Oh look, who it is.
With an other “good” take as usual.

damn right, my takes are immaculate and this forum is just not ready to join me in them.

I may be a bit of a broken record but:

In the Darktide beta one of the biggest criticisms was the lack of scoreboard. Fat shark promised in an post that they’d work on adding a scoreboard that ‘promoted teamplay’. It’s been over a year since then, modders had to step in because they took so long. But it really shouldn’t have to download a mod for a basic feature that took a single guy a day to make.

i think 40k friendly fire is a message for our desperate community not a bug. True friendly fire.

So instead of waiting for the results on the scoreboard i should just straight up be toxic during gameplay, go for teamkills via barrel and aggro demonhosts.

Because HEY there is no scoreboard, so I can’t be toxic if I want to be.

Seriously, you won’t stop people from being toxic by just hiding numers from them.

It’s like claiming that by not publishing the number of traffics deaths you somehow improve road safety.
