Enemies bypassing toughness damage completely

step to reproduce

  1. start match
  2. have full health and toughness
  3. die to 1 sniper round with 200+ toughness still remaining.

alternate method

  1. start match
  2. let a rager hit you
  3. lose 2 toughness and 14 health

Someone flipped some switch that changed toughness and hp damage it seems.

in all seriousness I was doing a malice relay mission no grims or anything and snipers were 1 tapping the group. ragers damage was bypassing toughness almost like it was reversed. we got to the end but when you’re taking straight hp damage it’s damn near impossible.
