I did mention in one of my posts…some of the things like set item bonuses/gears that affect party Eg. An additional aoe buff when equipped could be interesting ideas to consider.

To be honest, this game is the kind where in the end you start making your own fun. You can already reliably complete Legend Skittergate? good, now try Deeds. Or try it with only one friend. Find yourself playing the same stuff all the time? Try different weapons combinations, figure out weird setups, even coordinate with your buddies to go for the specialized approach. Try self-imposed challenges, like going only melee or only ranged. And of course, mods are coming in all the time, and they can change up the gameplay radically.
If your primary motivation to play is to get more stuff, you’re outta luck, though. Your primary method of getting ahead in this game are your own skills, not Hero Power or Veteran Items. Challenge yourself.
