Hello, I have a problem with the “Elite Resistance”. I find it very tedious and not enjoyable.
The enemies have far too much health, and the missions are even more boring than the ones with the “Low Intensity” condition (which should be removed from the Damnation difficulty, but that’s a different discussion).
Facing enemies with an excessive amount of health can be a disappointing and discouraging experience for players. It artificially prolongs the battles, making the encounters repetitive and monotonous.
Instead of simply increasing the enemies’ health, it would be more rewarding for players to reevaluate the balance by raising “just” the damage they deal and enhancing their speed, providing a sense of power and responsiveness.
Similarly, adding new attacks and abilities for enemies could bring variety to the encounters, forcing players to adapt their strategies and remain engaged in the action.
They are elite fighters after all, so why not introduce a Crusher with the attack speed of a Rager?
These adjustments would create more dynamic and captivating battles, where players would be rewarded for their skill and ability to react quickly while maintaining an appropriate level of challenge.
