At the very first installation of the game and trying to enter the EOS authentication error comes out (attached screenshot with the text of the error). I have an asus rog laptop with a backlight controller and have seen that this can cause an error when running anti-chit. But the error is related to authorization, so no idea what it could be. I also use this guide KNOWN ISSUE: Reinstalling Vermintide 2 Fails to Install EAC_EOS , but for me this not work.

So we can investigate this error, can you please provide your console log from a session that the error occurs:

Additionally, please can you zip and share your EAC folder:

  1. Press Windows + R
  2. Enter ‘%appdata%’ and press ‘Ok’
  3. Right-click on the folder ‘EasyAntiCheat’ and select ‘Compress to ZIP file’
  4. Upload the zip file to us
