If I have Winds of Magic and start a Weaves game, can players in my lobby who don’t own the WoM expansion still play with me, even if they don’t get any rewards, achivements or stuff?
I think you can’t even start a Weave map as long as people without the DLC are in the lobby. IF it works they can’t participate anyway. Weaves are only playable if you have the DLC.
Maybe in the future FS will compromise and make Weave Quickplay playable if host has the DLC while the ranked Weaves (with some minor rewards like Shillings at the end of the season) will stay locked unless everyone has the DLC.
