Drakegun flamethrower not glowing in 1st person

Issue Summary: I recently got the Zharrhirn Drakegun flamethrower illusion that makes it glow red hot when viewed in the 3rd person, but when I am in the default 1st person the drakegun is not glowing, I am not sure if this is intentional or not but it is odd.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get the illusion and apply it to a Drakegun
  2. view it in 1st person, see the red glow
  3. view it in 3rd person see the red glow

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Constant

Additional Information: All of my graphical settings are turned up to max, it literally cannot go any higher.

I believe the glow in first person is tied to your heat, to give you a visual cue of your overheat, besides the bar.

Well something is bugged then, because when I am in 3rd person the weapon is glowing, and yet I have no even used the weapon to produce overheat.
