Issue Description (Required):
Stim Supply is ready far too fast after use, like immediately after use.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Equip Sample Collector and Chem Dependency, with Practiced Deployment, Fast Acting Stims, Booby Trap.

Get Maxed out Chems Talent, have 4 stacks active.

Use Stim Supply, then immediately get to use it again right after. After 2nd use, CD works as normal.
Don’t know why, haven’t tested different setups to find out if there’s a specific Talent causing this bug.
It occurs often, not sure exactly how often. >50%
That’s what Practiced Deployment does. Whenever the stim comes off cooldown, you get your ult back. The only bug with this I’m aware of is that if you drop the box and your needle comes active before it disappears, you can step back into the AoE and get your syringe buffs even though it didn’t consume it. Which is free buffs with no resource spending.
Maybe that’s it. I’ll have to record a vid. It’s pretty trippy.
When you remove this talent, the ‘bug’ is fixed
Maybe Stim Supply is just not consuming the Stim yet still buffing me/allies and I’m not noticing it, because we get the buffs. When this “bug” occurs, Stim Supply is available immediately after the last Stim Supply explodes (so 5 seconds after first deployment). That’s pretty much 100% CD, not normal.
That much is a confirmed bug. If your stim comes back when a box is on the floor, it will give your stim buffs to anyone (the scum included) while leaving the stim avaliable to be used again when those buffs expire. You need Fast Acting Stims and pretty tight timing, but with mods to numerically display both cooldowns its really easy to exploit.
Double box is the intended big brain play of practiced deployment, with the caveat being only one of those provides buffs. Instant is supposed to be instant.
you actually dont even need to wait on your stimm cooldown, using the stimm supply even with your cartel stimm on cooldown will still give you the stimm buffs, you can effectively ‘triple-dip’ into it depending on the timing; use the ability, then use the stim, then use the ability again, you get 3 of the same stacking stim buffs
up to 60% attack speed, 60% strength, and 45% crit chance
, or the movement speed buffs, those stack too
or you could also stack up to 48% dr from the top left stim tree
