When you have the talent Practiced Deployment for Hive Scum Stim Supply and then get Empowered in Mortis Trials to give you two additional uses of your ability, when your stim cooldown is reached it resets completely and starts over again if you have your stim supply on cooldown, making it so you cannot use your own stim.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play Hivescum
Take Stim Supply and Practiced Deployment.
Get Empowered during Mortis Trial
Have at least one use of stim supply on cooldown and your stim on cooldown with a shorter cooldown remaining than stim supply.
When the stim comes off cooldown you gain one use of your stim supply, but the stim cooldown starts over.
