Penance gear is the only way to indicate your skill level since there is no scoreboard in the game. Therefore I am suggesting to all players to refrain from purchasing from cash shop until the score board comes. As a squad based game, it is YOUR responsibility to indicate the level of skill you have and the only way to do it is thru penance gear unlocks.
Believe me when I say Im a PAYPIG Ive bought many skins and even buy AQ without needing them. I literally bought AQ today and I dont even want anything from the store.
So ya donât buy cosmetic shop items until score board comes.
By score board you mean tectical view (by tab button) ? Because a score board at the end of the game is not really useful to see, before the action, the competency of each character.
Currently you can see that by the frame or the seals for each avatar, but if the tactical view had, at least, the same level of information as in VT2 it would be good
(loadout, level, connection quality,âŚ), it would be very useful
I reported the bug a while ago. I suggest fs fix it but also reset the penance for players who abused so that people can actually earn them instead of cheating and bug abusing for gear. Because as someone who spent over 250 hours in the game just to have gear like this should not be undermined by others who cheesed it
You think becasue you have moer green circles than the rest you did carry the team?! Nonsense!!!
How many times did i Carry the Team and didnt have all Green circles as Bardin.
Revived the Team mulitple times each player, hold of the Horde, killed it etc etc. Game would have been finished in Minutes if not for me Playing Bardin doing , Crowd Control etc.
AND how many times did the Players with most green Circles only have them, cause real Teamplayer kept their Backs save, while they are running inot Enemies f-ing up Cohesion to later be saved by teamplayers so the Mission is not lost due to being selfish cause of Green Circles at the End of a Mission.
Where are these Stats shown. Your only as Good as the Team is for the most part. You get Green Circle because âI DO MY BLOODY JOB TO PERFECTION!â

You mean gear that 80% cheesed in the beta phase or by other means? Its as useless as Fortune of war borders in vermintide to display any sort of skill.
There can be a scoreboard that shows your data and precentage to only you and not everyone. I think it will be less toxic if the main concern is that.
For example:
Damage Dealt/Percentage (ie 28500/35%).

To be honest, if I had a need to show other people how âgoodâ I am at a silly computer game, Iâd be spending way less money in games, and way more in shrinks.
The most facinating thing for me is the following.
1: Most of the people I know of who donât want a score screen, or DPS meters in MMOâs are people who leach and donât want to pull their weight, they are unable to learn how to play the game and they want to coast through the game without anyone noticing that they are being carried.
2: The complaints Iâve seen in V2 about the score screen werenât that there was too much information, it was that there wasnât enough information. People wanted more! Not less!
3: Why is it bad for people to chase âgreen circlesâ (Vermintide 2 circled the âbestâ number for the player who did the most kills, damage, and so on) or chase the highest DPS? Are people being cocky and acting toxic because of it? Ok, so let me ask this then, whoâs the most toxic, the person who has all the green circles and carries the entire group and says something triggering at the end of the match before he leaves, or the person who does absolutely nothing the entire round and doesnât carry their own weight and have to be carried by the rest of the group but the person doesnât say anything? For me, itâs the latter.
If people being toxic is an issue, just let me mute their account. If I donât want to see the score screen at the end, let me opt out of seeing it. Or go to the middle of the road and show MY stats at the end.

The suggestion is pretty asinine - scoreboard is the main thing you want folks not to spend money on until itâs implemented? Thereâs lots of other things Iâd rank before that if I was going to take some sort of hardline on spending money⌠to be clear I havenât had much urge to spend on the cash shop because none of the skins thusfar appeal to me, but if one did I would.
Also Iâve already given them another $20 because I like the game and want to support itâs development just donât have anything Iâve wanted to buy with the Aquilas yet.
score board should show all players stats, so you can choose not to play with someone who is above the difficulty they belong at.
its very toxic for players with lower skill to try to sneak into higher levels of play just to get carried so they can farm at the expense of better players.
Your attitude is terrible. A scoreboard would be interesting to see your stats at the end of a round but the reasons you give for wanting it in the game are all wrong.

im confused on why so many people are focused on a scoreboard. there are so many other huge issues with the game (constant crashing on every series of hardware, huge performance issues on all hardware, lack of promised content, lack of missions, special variation, enemy variation, weapon variation, etc) that i canât see why a scoreboard is the most prevalent issue i see listed on the forums
i want a scoreboard as well, and i definitely hope its added sooner rather than later. but if i was given the choice to get either
a scoreboard
or
performance/stability fixes
i would take 2 in a heartbeat. hell even if it was just a weapon balance pass i would take it as there are so many underwhelming/ near unuseable weapons that just make build diversity nonexistent
