Does attack speed decrease charge time of heavy attacks? That would be fun.
Yes, from my experience it does decrease the amount of time you need to hold an attack to turn it into a heavy attack. Additionally the crowd control and finesse stats of certain weapons confer heavy attack speed bonuses.

Yes, it decreases attack charge time. Just make sure to note if it’s melee, ranged or overall, however.
