Did the patch go through any QA process?

  • Added 2400 Aquilas pack so cosmetic bundles can be purchased at face value.

  • Increased light attack baseline armor mod vs Flak Armour (from 75% to 90%) and Carapace Armour (from 1% to 25%).

It took me longer to type this up than to see that those aren’t changed, wtf, seriously?

How can they fugg up even more:D:D:D:D:D

Can’t put a 100 Aquilas pack but want to put out a 2400 pack and can’t even do that. Seems like they try everything to not be fair. This is so fugging stupid from Fatshark, omg…

Welcome to the first year of VT2.

Cant have to many Aquila options, it would be confusing /s

What a good idea! Timed Aquilas packs. One month you can only buy the 7000 aquila packs, the next only the 4500 and so on

I quite seriously doubt the new map and weapons are included in this patch. They haven’t shown up in multiple store refreshes, but the most dubious thing is that the weapons aren’t listed in the cosmetics list either. This, plus the fact the 2400 Aquilas option isn’t in there, are all signs that we’ve been handed only a part of the promised patch.

The force sword change to the charged attack doesn’t seem to be working either?

It does exactly the same it used to do.

VT2 was at least a complete yet broken product.

This is a half assed attempt at a game, and also broken.

Just wait until they start selling us the new classes with cosmetics in one bundle and the character in another, again.
Everything about the decision making surrounding this game leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Hedge responded on reddit that this is apparently something that is getting updated on their own backend, which might take hours (?).

Although this was about the Aquilas, not sure if it also applies to the rest like weapon balances etc.

I feel stuff like this should have been explicitly mentioned in the Update post itself to avoid further confusion imo.

It absolutely should have, but I’m pretty much willing to bet nobody bothered to let the person writing the patch notes know.

This makes sense (Although it was poorly communicated) for aquilas, missions and weapons.

It already happened with the timers, they disappeared progressively, not many people noticed.

Shouldn’t be a thing for weapon behavior.

This company is trying to kill me I swear… lol

Damn, Fatshark, that’s pretty bad.

I’ll never begrudge Fatshark for pulling out the other crafting system they didn’t like to start over. Sadly there’s way more than that thing that they actually deserve lambasting for.

So the patch did nothing it was supposed to? Great.

Hey, at least they “nerfed” the power sword :joy:

the new maps is not in the game

phew, atleast they kept the random crashes in, would be a confusing experience for me to finish a mission.

ahh that makes sense i was wondering how they handled this as it had been so seamless with other patches i figured they ran both versions till teh old one emptied .

guess this time took a while , still be nice if this was communicated a little better in game
