Hi, my character a lvl 30 arbitrator seems to have been deleted from my account. I did not delete this character however. I play on the PS5 platform under the name Elias_Ioanfilius. I turned my ps5 on and started the game and it put me in the character creation screen and my arbitrator was gone. I had 4 weapons fully upgraded to 500 for him as well as curios that are now all gone. Is this a bug and can my character be restored as I didn’t delete him on my end?
If all you can do though is level a character up to 30 I created a new arbitrator. Again I play on the ps5 platform under the account Elias_Ioanfilius.

Unfortunately we can’t restore the deleted operative, but I have levelled up your new Arbitrator to level 30 and restored your unlocked difficulty (Auric) to them.

Thank you for restoring my character to lvl 30 and unlocking auric difficulty for me. I take it all my inventory will have to be regained in game. Doing damnation and Auric difficulty will be very hard to do without at least one fully upgraded primary and secondary weapon. I know I can’t have everything I once had, however is there anyway I can recieve the resources to upgrade at least one primary and one secondary weapon to 500, so I can survive these difficulties and win the rest of the resources needed to build my inventory back to where it was? I understand if this is not possible but I have to ask. Thank you
