So how does this blessing work? Does anyone have an idea?
you’ve got to maintain attack chain in order for decimator to stack.
to maintain chain of attacks you must continuously do follow up attacks without delay.
attack chain can break if you use push, get staggered or just stop attacking.
as soon as your attack chain is interrupted or you miss even a single attack, you lose all the stacks.
but there is no timer, you can chain fully charged (slow) heavy attacks and they still will maintain decimator stacks.
