Honestly, Death Korps Grenadier and Commissar uniforms would be a really cool addition to Darktide. Along with generally better Death Korps and Commissar uniforms. Especially considering how bad the basic ones looks that are already in game and in the commissar uniform’s case. The fact that Dukane actually a good looking comisar uniform. As for the Death Korps uniform. Longer great costs, gas mask tubes, better placement of the harness, and better looking gas masks would all improve the design.
Unfortunately the existing Death Korps and Commissar cosmetics are among some of the worst the game has offered, with the DKoK stuff looking like someone’s faithfully recreated Comic-Con cosplay made from army surplus bits rather than the actual Forgeworld/Games Workshop art or models, while the Commissar outfit was just a short leather coat over a cadian-esque armored chest (without any adjustments for female models, making it look stupidly barrel chested on women) with a big hat.
Would love to see good DKoK Grenadier cosmetics and the like, but after seeing the existing cosmetics, I have zero trust they’d actually come out good from the Chinesium factory sadly.

Unfortunately, @Molonious is not exaggerating. If you type “Darktide Death Korps of Krieg” into an image search, you’ll find images of the two times they’ve been released, the second time around in a different colour.
They are terrible and incorrect from top-to-tail. They failed to take full advantage to properly depict DKoK uniforms and gear across the four classes, missing out details, changing elements from the FW DKoK range aesthetic, and generally getting it all wrong in egregious ways. They are a mess, a horrible mess that at the time of their first release in Oct '23 really hurt my Korpsman’s heart; they’ve been my only Guard regiment of choice literally since the Forgeworld range was released back around 2007.
The ‘Commissar’ outfit is another failure to capitalise on a certain aesthetic that is a core part of 40k Imperial Guard aesthetic.
Frankly, both the DKoK and Commissar outfits we’ve had are an indictment on the funny money store. Low quality, poor implementation, overpriced, recoloured stuff sold at the same price as the originally released model, whilst broadly missing the 40k aesthetic despite more than 30 years of source material being available. It is disgusting, frankly.
