20000*30(average game length)/60 minutes= gives us 10000 hours of play which makes you ineligible for a refund

You could be the king of England for all I care, hyperbole and fabrication remains the same thing. Youre clearly angry and just want to 
post about it. If you were serious about getting the bugs fixed you wouldnt post passive aggressive nothing burgers and you would provide evidence. You would also NOT put words in peoples mouths. I guess everyone who disagrees with you is a nooby fanboi.
For the last time, post evidence. Not to convince ME the problem is real, but to help Fatshark narrow down the issues and actually do something about it.
