I’ve been doing penances and trying to get the Auric Titles and keep crashing or having things beyond my control derail my efforts. For the 5th time this week i get to my 4th win and either get thrown into a mission that just ended in failure without me ever firing a shot or even setting foot in the mission, or get a crash that throws me out of the game and I can’t reconnect. When I do get in, i try to run the last of 5 with a win and it still won’t complete.
I really like the idea of Darktide as a game, but the constant crashes and silliness of persistent bugs and performance keeps me from loving it. Every time it crashes or does something buggy it seems like the game is telling me to stop playing.

If you want to make sure that you get it (the auric maelstrom one), only enter a maelstrom mission that is fresh on rotation.
When it is fresh, you can not join an ongoing/failing mission.
Aside from premades (even with 1 other player, you will usually get into a new mission, since it is kinda rare that 2 slots are free at the same time), this is pretty much the only thing you can currently do in order to prevent these unfortunate events.
