I’m consistently having this error pop-up when attempting to login to the game where it will take numerous attempts to login. The title of this

Upon logging in, I’ll gt a momentary “communications are slow with servers” message to pop up on the right side but then nothing seems to be causing any issues?

This is happening outside of what would normally be considered peak hours. And either I have to attempt numerous sign-ins or just try to play the game later during the day.

This is not happening every time I launch and given that it’s described as “backend,” I had assumed that perhaps the first few times I had just gotten unlucky and maybe the servers were down (maintenance or otherwise).

Good to know - no restrictions in place there. The Backend Error typically appears when something interferes with the necessary connections to our servers, which could be tied to the ISP, a program on your computer, etc.

I realise this might not be ideal, but would you be able to temporarily connect your PC to a mobile hotspot to check if the issue continues on another network? This would help us confirm whether the problem lies with your current network setup or somewhere else.
