Daily chests problem

Hi,

Since the 8th of march, I can’t open any daily chest on my PS4. There is only a red cross, and nothing is happening when I finish a daily quest.

I saw on another topic that we have to wait until the next upgrade, but when is it for ? I think I lost around 10 emperor chests, and I dont really understand why we can’t fix this. I really love this game, I play to it everyday, so you make an amazing job ! But this is a little bit annoying aha
