Hekarti’s Jealousy and Xokha’s Duty restores 30% cooldown instead of 10% everytime they are activated, if you have 20% cdr from a stage reward.
i.e. If we have 20% cdr and my teammate have Xokha’s Duty while I have Hekarti’s Jealousy, him using career skill will restore 60% of my career skill bar.
