Xokha's Duty visually freezes the cooldown of Teammates

If you use your Career skill while having the “Xokha’s Duty” boon (the one that reduces the cooldown for nearby allies by 10% when you use your career skill) close to a teammate who has 10% or less of their cooldown left, it will finish their cooldown, but from your perspective it will look as if their cooldown stopped, until the next time they use their career skill.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play chaos wastes with Xokha’s Duty boon.
  2. Wait for an ally to have 10% or less of their cooldown left.
  3. Use your career skill while being close to them.
  4. Watch how their cooldown stops from your perspective.
