Cutscenes are zoomed in too far in 5120x1440 resolution

Issue Description:
When viewing a cutscene while playing the game in 5120x1440 resolution the top and bottoms of the frame are cut off - it’s zoomed in too far. It’s as if the camera’s view was set so that the horizontal edge of view matched that of a 16:9 view. which means the frame isn’t tall enough. This happens with both the story cutscenes and the end of mission cutscenes (the squad exiting on the valkyrie at the end). Here’s a diagram of what I mean:

How the view is currently set:

How the view should be set:

The alternative (what most games seem to choose to do in my experience) is that during a cutscene it will add black “cinematic” bars to the left and right sides of the screen to prevent anything that should be out of shot being unintentionally shown. An example of a full screen YouTube video doing this:

Something just to note; on the cinematic loading screen prior to a mission where the squad is sat in the valkyrie, the view is correct and I can see a wider extended view of the valkyrie interior in 32:9 compared to 16:9.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play the game in 5120x1440 resolution.
  2. When the message for being summond to a cutscene is presented, click obey to view the cutscene.
  3. The view is zoomed in too far meaning the top and bottom of the scenes are cut off (in some cases so much so that the characters talking have their head out of shot).
