I got 3 crashes in a row doing the same thing, equipping (or trying to) either dual daggers or hagsbane bow with right click or double click. Here’s a report https://pastebin.com/mLZzDxqt
This is likely to be a mod-related issue. Third Person Equipment has been known to cause similar issues.
The mod “UI Improvements” has been known to frequently crash as well if you attempt to equip items for a career not currently selected.
