Crashing immediately after start up

Issue Description (Required):

Whenever I launch the game, it crashes about 20 seconds after I launch. Ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling , i have no VPN running, and I deleted the few mods I used and Im just not what to do now.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
