Crashing doesn't grant option to rejoin after reopening the game

Issue Description:
After a crash, and the game closing, we are obviuosly kicked out of the game. There should be a minimum delay for us to be able to rejoin. I was in a group with a friend and couldn’t. That means I didn’t received aynthing in XP or whatever else, despite the fact that 90% of the game was played.

A set timer for us to rejoin after a crash AND if passed that timer, the game should remember the played times and allow us the xp owed and other things.

it wasn’t like this during the beta.

thanks. I got the same thing twice again in the last few hours. It is very frustrating to spend 30 minutes on a map and not get a single thing and being forced to wait for my team mate to finish.

Plus, the game load times are so long it’s almost impossible to rejoin in time for now.
