Crashes on class select every single time i launch the game

Issue Description:
Every time i load up the game at the class selection screen it crashes , or i get halfway though creating my characters backround, i have not been able to reach the character customization screen once.
Steps to Reproduce:
Iv tried several of the solutions iv read on the forums or elsewhere and nothing has helped. Ran in various different methods ( windowed, windowed full screen, low graphics ect)

Still having the same issue when i launch the game after a update it tells me that i have the required requirements to play it. But it also shows it cant find my CPU for some reason. ( side note) i got into DXDIAG just to see if theres a problem going on and it shows that my system manufacture is m/a same with system model,and BIOS but it shows my ram so i went into my system devices and my cpu and both GPU are showing under it. i dont know if it not being under the DXDIAG is the reason it cant find my CPU or whats going on. ( iv also recently playing another games sense this post so i know for a fact it is not a harware issue …
