Crash on launch and black screen

Issue Description:
When I click on play the game goes into full black screen and crashes. I’ve checked the local files four times, rebooted my computer twice, reinstalled the game. My drivers are update. My configuarion: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-12450H 2.00 GHz,16,0 GoRAM, Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060, Windows 11. All this doesn’t work and I don’t understand.

Could you try deleting your AppData, and then proceed to launch Darktide as normal?

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
  4. Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory
  5. Re-launch Darktide as normal

it doesn’t work if but I can be more precise. The game crashes a little after the logo in the bottom right appears. Another detail: the launcher background turns black after the background image is cut.
