Crash at launch after trying to turn on RTX

Issue Description:
I thought I’d try ray tracing after it was turned back on today for AMD cards…
Instantly crashed my display drivers and the game.
The game no longer launches even with Ray Tracing turned off again.
Drivers restarted, still can’t get the client to load.
I’ve reset settings in launcher.
I’ve edited user_settings.config to ensure ray tracing is off.
Display drivers aren’t crashed anymore, just the game, doesn’t start to load at all, no brief black screen.
V2 also crashes.

Trying a few other games; Satisfactory, Warframe, and Deep Rock Galactic also crashed on startup. Path of Exile worked (Vulkan client), as did Vampire survivors.

Fixed after a driver reinstall and a reboot.

Working now, just weird that it crashed that hard.

Thank you for keeping us updated. :+1:
