currently its not possible to buy cosmetics through the ingame store. (true for all items)
official Realm, stable online steam connection.
@Riku do you currently have the Steam overlay enabled? As this is required for in-game purchases.
Otherwise, this could potentially be a temporary backend hiccup or Steam issue. If you attempt to purchase a cosmetic again now, does the issue still occur?
