Constant freeze crash during play since penance update

Issue Type (Required):

Crash - During Play

Issue Description (Required):

Since the penance update I have freeze crashes randomly every run. It occurs about 10-20 min into the run. First the sound goes off, I can still move for about 2 seconds, than I have a freezed frame. I can alt tab, but the game doesn’t let me accesses my steam or even the task manager. It still remains on the top, so I have to wait until it closes. That takes from 10-60 seconds. Then the window closes but the game still runs on steam, so I have to wait until I can start it again. Sometimes the sound freezes for a second but the game doesn’t crash.

I tired:
-verfing files
-installing latest graphic driver
-delete all files in roaming and verify again
-lower graphic settings (frames, fog and so forth)
-lower worker threads

My PC specs:
-GTX1080
-I7-7700@4.20ghz

EDIT:
Since the last hotfix the crashes doesnt lock the game as long as before. Now it’s just a few seconds until the game quits.

Thx, it seems to work, I had only one crash in 8 runs, when I was hacking.

I have exactly the same problem as described by a friend Charlson. I want to try the beta version. Tell me how much information will be installed on the disk?

“Information”? What do you mean? Megabyte?
The update was very fast, so not much. Tring it out would have been faster then posting your question.

Oh, ok, thx.)

I tried to play in the beta version. It really helped. During the hour of the game, there was not a single critical error.

I have tried the beta and there has been a big improvement. Frame generation isn’t stuttering anymore but im still getting the ghosting bug
