Consecrating Weapons Does Not Increase Modifiers

Consecrating weapons shows an increase to 'modifiers' rating, but doesn't actually change when upgraded

Issue Description: When in the consecrate menu, the upgrade preview (what the weapon will become) shows a change in rating in the stats section, to the right of the “Modifiers” header. When upgraded however, this rating doesn’t change at all. In effect it appears like upgrading the weapon will also upgrade its stats, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.
