  1. Consecrate melee weapon at Shrine of the Omnissiah
  2. Navigate to the Armory Exchange and Requisition Weapons
  3. Hit (G) to compare weapons.
  4. Equipped weapon shows as previous quality and continues to do so even in character inventory until unequipping / re-equipping
