Consecrating/upgrading held item doesn't update the item inventory view

Issue Description:
Viewing inventory (pressing i) continues to show the old details of a recently consecrated item. Clicking on an item then shows the correct details, so the item has been updated. But escaping the item selection window and returning to the inventory continues to show the item in its previous state (pre-consecration).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Interact with the Shrine of the Omnissiah
  2. Select “Entreat Hadron”
  3. Choose an equipped item, select “Consecrate” then “Confirm”
  4. Leave Shrine of Omnissiah and open inventory (item you upgraded in steps above will show previous values)

A workaround is to equip some other item, and then re-equip the upgraded item.

The same is true for applying cosmetic appearances. You have to close the inventory or unequip/re-equip the weapon.

I noticed the same thing playing as an Ogryn, but I should have checked in meat grinder if the weapon still has pre-consecrated damage values or if they are actually the boosted values but just a visual bug.

This seems to be resolved after updates sometime last week. It doesn’t seem possible to mark issues as resolved in this forum.
