QoL for Penance Menu

1. A toggle to show completed/incomplete/in progress/class specific and not started. This will allow more breathing room for a packed menu to filter what we want to see 2. Highlight a penance to display during missions as a reminder. This will give us a reminder for those easily distracted, can display under objective as a personal obj Maybe go as far to allow a toggle to show teammates “highlighted” penance.
