Please for the love of everything that is holy, remove this kind of weekly mission and replace it with something else. The fact that some random person on my team can get killed or get unlucky and be blown off of the map and fail my weeklies is behond frustrating. No other weekly mission has me depend on others to be good enough to in order to complete them. I cannot control how good my team is nor is it resonable to expect us to be able to keep 3 other players safe to complete this weekly. That’s disregarding the fact that even the best team can get unlucky.
Even if I decide to lower the difficulty to something that will have me be bored for the next 20-30 minutes, it likely won’t even help because then my teammates will be worse and therefor have an even higher likelyhood of dying.
I suggest one of two things:
chaning the weekly to: “Complete X missions without dying” Key difference being: It only depends on myself, not others.
Replacing it with anything else that does not depend on ther players to be completed.
Imo it could be changed to „without being downed“.
The number of missions required for this task is pretty low (1/3/6) in comparison to some of the other tasks.
No offense, but this is even worse or not? I mean first you go down if u receive a specific amount of damage (unless you fall off the map thanks to an barrel explosion or an monstrosity interaction leading to an insta death)? So it makes this weekly contract even harder imo… They should drop this contract entirely or should change it to “Play x missions without >dying<”, but by this I mean that only my own death should interrupt my progress on that contract… That would be ok imo
Other players contributing to your progress - good.
Other players being able to hinder your progress without you being able to do anything about it - bad.
As you can see, my suggestion was in response to a specific idea by OP.
So my suggestion is not “complete x missions without anyone being downed”.
My suggestion is “complete x missions without yourself being downed”.
That contract is definitely not the best thing for Quickplay sessions but the required number is not crazy.
I still prefer this one over picking up books for no reason that just spawn in the most random places (also for no reason ^^).
The contracts could just use a rework and offer something more interesting than a bland to-do list.

Yes I replied to you … I’m still trying to figure how I reply direct to an person/his post… This reply / response system confuses me… Sry for the confusion
Ok I misunderstood you… Your clarification on this is good and I’m with you on this point
They way you clarified this is supposed to work, yeah that could be a decent change too. I personally don’t like as much as the “without dying myself” condition, not because it’s “my” idea, but because that is rather hard to do for how relatively unrewarding it is. I find myself going down too easely at times but dying is a lot harder. While a max of 6 missions is not that much, when I made that post, it was the 5th time is was the last weekly I was stuck on because, apparently, I can only find teammates that require helmets to eat soup -.-
But It could be that one contract that’s like: “I’ll do something that’s at least any bit challenging.” The rest are just chores you will complete eventually.
There are at least some ways to make that contract easier, there are a ton of spots they can spawn in you “can” memorize them. The books also make some noise that can help you find them, hell there’s even a mod that lets you find them a tiny bit more reliably if you’re into that/ completely done with them.
There’s no such thing that helps you get teammates that can hold their own consistanly. The only thing you can do in order to be sure you can get that last completion is to que up a T1 mission and solo it quickly… I hate how that is the best solution to it because that is behond boring.
Absolutely allthough most contracts are fine imho. The 2 big things that should be changed first:
Remove/rework contracts that have the ability for others to fail my contracts for me
Removing that 1k bonus for doing them all and increasing the rewards for the contracts.
I’d personally like to see them be progressive as in: You start with the “low” variant and when you complete it you get awarded the currency and then the contract upgrades to the “medium” version etc.
That way you only need to reroll for the type and not the level of the contract too.
