We did a complete run of a havoc 37 mission ,but as the endgame screen comes and just as about the rewards to show up, everyone gets kicked back to the hub ship and we lose assignment.
I alt+f4 exited the game in rage came back to that picture I am attaching. Relevant console log also attached.
