After Havoc mission ends, getting "you are prohibited from starting another Havoc Assignment until the previous mission ends"

Havoc mission ended in failure (not the host), party disbanded. Now getting “you are prohibited from starting another Havoc Assignment until the previous mission ends.” message.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Complete havoc mission.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

This happens even if it’s your mission.

Which would make it end immediately.

This isn’t a bug, this is an anti-griefing mechanic and it has flaws.

Nobody quit or dropped out. We all died, returned to the hub as a group, and got this message. How has this triggered the anti-grief mechanic?

Somehow, someway that counted as abandoning the mission.

It does not make sense, I’m not saying it does.
