I’ve listed my own party to play Havoc, with a full party we started the game. When the picture of us sitting in the chopper appeared, a sudden message came in, stating ‘The game encountered an unexpected error…’ afterwards the game closed and I got warped back to the character welcome screen. I immediately pressed start to be eventually be able to rejoin the party. To my suprise I was still in party as I saw the names of the other 3 in the lower left corner but was unable to rejoin. In chat, I notified them of my crash and asked how I could rejoin, they replied all they’ve experienced the same message and were warped the same as me to the loading screen.
As we were still in a party and considered ‘in game’, I couldn’t hit the ‘play’ button in the Havoc party finder.
It stated ‘You are not eligible to undertake Havoc Assignments’ , couldn’t list the party again ‘Strike team is full’ and outside it stated ‘You are prohibited from starting another Havoc assignment until the previous mission ends’. (see attached pic)
This is a loophole we couldn’t figure out what to do. Ending the party would result in a loss, one suggested it was the only way he ended it previously but, eventually, after quite some time, (luckily no one left), we were able to hit the play button again and we got back to the map. It’s something I never experienced before I must add.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Start Havoc
- Start a party
- Receive a message ‘Sorry but the game experienced an unexpected error…’
